Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor site safety protocols and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Inspect work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel allocation
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and documentation
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with engineering teams for technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, piling, or geotechnical works
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, IOSH) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
