Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with the master schedule.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel to maintain high quality of workmanship and efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential operational bottlenecks or hazards.
- Coordinate materials, machinery, and resources effectively to minimize site downtime.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports, safety logs, and incident records.
- Liaise with clients and project engineers to ensure technical specifications are met throughout the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in process plants or industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of structural and mechanical works in an industrial setting.
- Possess relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS, SSSC, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, shop drawings, and engineering schematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management reporting tools.
