- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures on-site
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to management
- Manage site resources including materials, equipment, and labor allocation
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports and inspection records
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision or similar role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, SSSTS) preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
