In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that all electrical installations meet our rigorous quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

As a Site Supervisor, you will work closely with project managers, contractors, and specialized technicians to translate blueprints into reality. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site electrical installation activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to safety protocols (DOSH/NIOSH).
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and junior technicians on site.
- Track material consumption and maintain detailed daily progress reports for project management.
- Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to prevent installation conflicts on site.
- Ensure all electrical systems are installed according to IEE wiring regulations and project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, specifically within high-rise or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, MS standards, and building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on site safety.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for site travel.
