In this key position, you'll oversee all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the critical link between our design team and on-site construction crews, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timeline
- Manage construction crews, assigning tasks and ensuring proper implementation of design plans
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project continuity
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring availability when needed
- Resolve on-site conflicts and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings
- Certification in construction safety management is an added advantage
