Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily landscape construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless workflow
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Implement safety protocols and environmental best practices on construction sites
- Manage inventory of materials, equipment, and plant resources efficiently
- Resolve technical issues and address client concerns promptly during project execution
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and compliance certificates
- Mentor junior staff and contractors on landscape installation techniques
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscape site supervision or construction management
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and landscape specifications
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian flora, soil conditions, and climate-specific planting
- Certifications in OSHA safety standards or equivalent construction safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for team coordination
- Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent site travel
