Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and inventory management systems
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to maintain quality standards
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Manage logistics documentation and maintain accurate progress reports
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external suppliers
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of construction site supervision or logistics experience
- Proven knowledge of construction methodologies and material management
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Certification in construction safety management (OSHA/SMK3 preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership abilities
- Proficiency in construction planning software and inventory systems
