Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise M&E construction teams on-site, ensuring productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Monitor quality of M&E installations and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage material and equipment procurement for M&E works to avoid delays.
- Ensure project completion within budget and timeline constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E site supervision within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to work in Penang and able to start immediately.
