Draco International is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor MEP to join our dynamic construction team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for the onâsite coordination and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for highâimpact commercial and residential projects across the Jakarta Raya region.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that all MEP installations are performed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with Indonesian building codes and company standards. Your handsâon leadership will drive quality, efficiency, and innovation on every project phaseâfrom initial site preparation through final commissioning and handover.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Directing daily MEP activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and construction schedules.
- Coordinating with the project manager to allocate resources, manage labor, and adjust work plans as needed.
- Conducting regular inspections, quality checks, and safety audits to maintain a zeroâincident work environment.
- Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and BIM models to guide installation teams.
- Managing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Preparing and updating progress reports, daily logs, and commissioning documentation.
- Resolving onâsite issues promptly, from material delivery delays to technical conflicts.
- Facilitating closeâout procedures, including final testing, client training, and handover of documentation.

- Lead and supervise daily MEP installation activities on the construction site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Monitor progress against schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks, addressing any deficiencies immediately.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation.
- Manage material deliveries and inventory to avoid project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience as a site supervisor or site engineer for MEP works in construction.
- Proficient in reading MEP drawings, schematics, and BIM models.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemâsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in MEP (e.g., ISO 9001, OSHA) is an advantage.
