Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction/renovation activities at the Mobile Care Branch site
- Coordinate and lead on-site teams including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory of construction materials and equipment
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in construction/renovation
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with project management software/tools
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
