Maxi Stone Marketing is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our expanding team in Bandar Puteri Puchong. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project execution, ensuring that our natural stone installations meet the highest standards of precision, aesthetics, and structural integrity.
As our Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of site-based projects, from initial production coordination to final installation and site handover. We are looking for a natural leader who excels in troubleshooting, maintains rigorous site safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site operations, including material delivery, installation schedules, and labor allocation.
- Supervise onsite installation teams to ensure all work adheres to architectural drawings and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between the production department, project managers, and clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards on all project sites.
- Manage inventory of building materials onsite and report usage to prevent wastage.
- Oversee the final finishing and quality control checks before project handover to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in building materials, renovation, or stone works.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical architectural plans and shop drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage for client coordination).
- Valid driving license and own transport to travel to various project sites.
- Highly organized, punctual, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
