Due to our continued growth and expansion of our portfolio, we are currently seeking a highly dedicated Site Supervisor (Penyelia Tapak) to join our professional team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict adherence to project specifications. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the management and the workforce, ensuring smooth communication and the timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to the approved construction schedule.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and government officials to ensure seamless workflow.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
- Monitor material usage and control project costs effectively to prevent wastage.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and site documentation to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the engineering team for necessary approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Building/Civil Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in site supervision within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with government tendering processes and specific requirements for public sector projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate (SPM/SIJIL KEMAHIRAN MALAYSIA) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
