Ambang Hazana Enterprise is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
As a Site Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the management team and the site workforce. Your expertise in preparing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and managing work plans will be essential in keeping projects on track. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Project to drive operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage detailed CPM schedules and daily work plans to monitor project progress.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Project to update drawings, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues or delays to management immediately.
- Manage and motivate site personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD for drafting and design work.
- Strong command of Microsoft Project for scheduling and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid construction site safety certification is an added advantage.
