Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily piling and construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain hazard-free work environments
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project managers to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and report deviations to senior management
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and completed work
- Manage site resources including labor allocation, equipment usage, and material inventory
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incident reports, and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision within piling/construction industry
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, IOSH) preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Valid construction safety training certifications
