Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking to advance your career in Singapore's infrastructure development? Anradus is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Site Supervisor to join our team on high-profile LTA (Land Transport Authority) MRT projects. In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that complex reinforced concrete (RC) works and excavation activities are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily site activities, specifically focusing on excavation and reinforced concrete (RC) structural works for MRT projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure work proceeds according to project schedules and engineering drawings.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of site safety standards, ensuring all activities comply with LTA regulations and WSH requirements.
- Monitor and track material consumption, equipment utilization, and labor productivity on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of concrete works and structural integrity.
- Prepare accurate daily progress reports and documentation for submission to project managers and clients.
- Proactively identify potential site conflicts or delays and implement effective technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, specifically within LTA/MRT or heavy civil engineering projects.
- Deep understanding of reinforced concrete works, excavation support systems, and structural construction techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations and LTA project compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage subcontractors and site staff.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
