Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all waterproofing installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and resolve technical issues
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify work quality, material usage, and adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and documentation for project milestones
- Manage and direct site personnel, including subcontractors and labor teams, to optimize workflow
- Ensure proper implementation of waterproofing systems for foundations, roofs, and wet areas
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and maintain project transparency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in waterproofing site supervision within the construction industry
- Certification in waterproofing techniques or related construction safety training (e.g., SSIC, WSH)
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, membranes, and application methods
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse site teams
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or relevant employment eligibility
