Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate site surveys, topographic mapping, and boundary determinations for construction projects.
- Establish and maintain primary and secondary control networks to guide construction layout.
- Prepare detailed as-built drawings and reports documenting field survey data.
- Collaborate with project engineers and architects to resolve spatial conflicts and ensure design compliance.
- Operate and maintain advanced surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels.
- Perform construction staking for foundations, roads, utilities, and structural elements.
- Verify the precision of construction work through regular inspections and quality control checks.
- Ensure all surveying activities adhere to company safety policies and local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer (LGE) is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction site surveying.
- Proven proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Star*Net, or similar).
- Expert-level competency with modern surveying instruments and data collection methods.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, reading blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ermita, Metro Manila, and travel to project sites as needed.
