Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate verbal interpretation between English and Mandarin during site meetings, briefings, and daily operational discussions.
- Translate technical documentation, site reports, and safety manuals to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Facilitate effective communication between foreign technical consultants and local site personnel.
- Assist project managers in drafting and refining internal communications to prevent operational misunderstandings.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project data and organizational information.
- Monitor site progress and report any language-related delays or communication bottlenecks to the management.
- Attend site inspections and provide on-the-spot translations for quality control audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Languages, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
- Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in a demanding site environment.
- Ability to interpret complex technical terminology accurately.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Sungai Siput, Perak.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
