This is a unique 1-year contract position offering a direct pathway to contribute to a critical national-level infrastructure project.
Located at the strategic Fort Canning hub in the Central Region of Singapore, this role is essential for the successful execution of site works and comprehensive system testing. You will be entrusted with the coordination of daily site activities, the supervision of rigorous testing protocols (including SIT/UAT), and the meticulous documentation of processes and system defects. Your work will directly ensure that the deployed systems are robust, reliable, and fully operational, meeting the highest standards of the public sector.
Key facets of the role include:
- Acting as the primary coordinator between contractors, vendors, and internal teams for on-site work.
- Supervising system testing phases, ensuring test scripts are executed accurately and results are logged.
- Tracking and managing system defects, working closely with the technical team to facilitate resolutions.
- Ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, safety regulations, and government compliance standards.
- Preparing detailed progress reports, meeting minutes, and handover documentation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all site works, ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Support the full lifecycle of system testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Execute and document test cases, track defects, and verify fixes to ensure system reliability.
- Liaise between project managers, vendors, contractors, and government stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to management regularly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including test scripts, issue logs, and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement and IT security policies during site works and testing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site coordination, system testing, or project support (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy in documentation.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
