- Establish key performance metrics and track project ROI for senior leadership

Kualifikasi
- ASQ-certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of leading complex process improvement projects with measurable ROI
- Expertise in DMAIC/DMADV methodologies and statistical tools (Minitab, JMP)
- Strong background in change management and cross-functional leadership
- Experience developing and delivering corporate training programs
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Business Analytics
