Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-quality tiling installation for residential and commercial projects including floor and wall tiling, grouting, and waterproofing.
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and blueprints.
- Supervise a team of sub-contractors and workers, providing technical guidance and monitoring performance.
- Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring all finishes meet project specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate with project managers to track material usage, minimize waste, and order supplies as needed.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations (WSHA) on-site to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tiling and general construction.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or team-lead role on construction sites.
- Deep technical knowledge of various tiling materials, adhesives, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and construction plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot site-specific issues on the fly.
- Excellent communication skills to manage on-site teams and liaise with clients or architects.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS, WSH training) are highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various site conditions.
