In this Contract/Temporary role, you will be an essential part of the operations team, performing a variety of tasks including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems. You will read blueprints, operate tools and machinery, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment and systems on construction sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to execute tasks accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, managing tools and materials properly.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or NCII Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Skilled Worker in construction or electro-mechanical services.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and general construction practices.
- Proficient in using various tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit and willing to work in various outdoor and indoor construction environments.
- Must be willing to work on a contract/temporary basis in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
