Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff on skincare products, treatments, and procedures
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and industry developments
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance to trainees
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in skincare or beauty industry
- Previous training or teaching experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively train and mentor staff members
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Batasan Hills, Quezon City location
