Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across various smartphone brands and models.
- Perform high-quality repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and component-level soldering.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all repaired devices to ensure functionality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate repair logs and inventory records for parts and equipment used.
- Provide technical support and clear communication to customers regarding their device status and repair timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Smartphone or Electronics Technician.
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and internal hardware architecture.
- Proficiency in using specialized repair tools, including precision screwdrivers, heat guns, and soldering equipment.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet repair turnaround targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues in a clear, accessible manner.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in Electronics or a related technical field is highly preferred.
