Changi General Hospital is inviting an experienced Senior/Assistant Manager for Standards & Policies to join our East Region team. In this 2-year contract role, you will take on the critical responsibility of conducting systematic evaluations of our healthcare delivery processes. Your work will directly influence patient safety standards and ensure our hospital remains fully compliant with rigorous regulatory requirements. As an Internal Assessor, you will champion best practices, identify areas for improvement, and lead the charge in maintaining the high-quality benchmarks that CGH is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic internal audits and evaluations of clinical and non-clinical processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory bodies (MOH, HSA) and accreditation standards (e.g., ISO, Joint Commission).
- Act as a key Internal Assessor, assessing the effectiveness of quality management systems across various departments.
- Analyze audit findings and root causes to develop and implement corrective action plans and improvement strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior assessors, providing guidance on assessment methodologies and policy interpretation.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient safety and quality metrics to proactively mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Professional membership in relevant healthcare bodies (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality management, internal auditing, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards, clinical governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven experience in leading teams, conducting training sessions, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospital environment.
