Asaba Group is seeking a highly skilled and strategic SOC Lead to join our cybersecurity team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Security Operations Center, driving threat detection initiatives, and leading a team of expert analysts to safeguard our digital infrastructure against sophisticated cyber threats.
We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in high-pressure environments and possesses deep technical expertise in incident response and threat hunting. You will play a critical role in maturing our security posture, optimizing our SIEM/SOAR workflows, and ensuring 24/7 proactive monitoring across our enterprise landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security analysts to ensure high-performance incident detection and response.
- Oversee the lifecycle of security incidents from identification to containment, eradication, and post-incident analysis.
- Develop and maintain playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various security threats.
- Drive continuous improvement of the SIEM platform, refining detection rules, alerts, and correlation logic.
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to conduct regular threat hunting exercises and vulnerability assessments.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on security metrics, incident trends, and overall SOC performance.
- Maintain compliance with industry security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or local cyber regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a SOC environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, Exabeam, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks, MITRE ATT&CK, and cloud security architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or GCIA are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex threats for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
