Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and video) that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities for engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools to report on growth and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm fresh campaign ideas and visual assets.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Admin, Social Media Specialist, or similar role (preferably in an agency setting).
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and native analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into creative strategy.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
