As our Social Media Content Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms. Your goal is to build a vibrant community of parents who trust Nafa Baby for their needs. If you are highly creative, trend-aware, and data-driven, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, create, and schedule high-quality content (photos, videos, and copy) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates, particularly in the parenting and baby product niche.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce aesthetically pleasing visuals that match our brand identity.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future content and increase reach and engagement.
- Support promotional activities and product launches through creative social media storytelling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography and short-form video production.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Deep passion for the baby/motherhood industry and a proactive, trustworthy 'Amanah' work ethic.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Malang, Jawa Timur.
