You will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency while experimenting with new formats, including short-form video, static visuals, and interactive community management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Produce high-quality visual and written content (copywriting, basic photo/video editing) that aligns with brand identity.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and fostering active discussions with followers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing and promotional goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging platform features, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.
- Execute paid social media ad campaigns to reach target demographics effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), or CapCut.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms and audience behavior across major social media channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A creative portfolio showcasing previous content campaigns or community management success.
