Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our digital platforms.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to ensure maximum ROI and lead acquisition.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and provide weekly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging visual and video content.
- Engage actively with our online community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and SEM/performance marketing tools.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management dashboards.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
