Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content (copywriting, image concepts, and video briefs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content strategy and report on growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and creative content trends.
- Experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere) is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
