In this role, you will be at the heart of our brand's digital identity, helping us craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience across various platforms.

As our Social Media Intern, you won't just be posting content; you will be helping to shape our digital strategy. You will get hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and trend analysis. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, stays ahead of social media trends, and understands how to engage users through authentic and high-quality content. Tanggung Jawab

  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging visual and written content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Manage daily posting schedules and community interactions to foster a positive brand image.
  • Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, memes, and platform features to ensure our brand remains relevant.
  • Assist in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms, content styles, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing apps (CapCut, InShot).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep passion for retail and lifestyle brands.
