Tanggung Jawab
- Create and curate engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media calendars and monthly content plans.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets and short-form videos.
- Support the team with administrative marketing tasks and research on industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Basic graphic design skills (proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Deep interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and green technology.
