Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media platforms
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Collaborate with design team on visual assets and brand consistency
- Research trending topics and competitor activities to inform content strategy
- Assist in managing social media calendars and posting schedules
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative campaign concepts
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
- Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive learner with passion for digital marketing innovations
- Previous internship or relevant social media experience preferred
