As our Social Media & KOL Specialist, you will take ownership of our brand's online presence across all major social platforms. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately boost direct bookings. You will also be responsible for identifying and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers who resonate with our brand values, ensuring successful collaborations that reach target audiences effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create engaging and high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with KOLs and influencers to promote UBU VILLA
- Monitor, respond to, and foster community engagement across all channels
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to optimize reach and ROI
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle
- Proven track record of successful KOL/influencer campaigns
- Exceptional writing and communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social content
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
