Are you a creative visionary with a passion for F&B marketing? Papa Lee's Taiwan Noodle & Dumpling is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. As our brand continues to expand, we need a strategic storyteller who can translate our authentic culinary heritage into compelling digital experiences.

In this role, you will lead the digital growth of our multiple brands. You won't just be posting content; you will be the voice of Papa Lee's, crafting innovative campaigns that drive engagement, increase foot traffic to our locations, and build a loyal community of noodle and dumpling lovers across social platforms.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, and reels) that reflects our brand identity.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate tone.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to keep our brand at the forefront of the Bali F&B scene.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to execute influencer partnerships and localized promotional events.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Canva, CapCut).
  • Strong creative flair with a keen eye for photography, videography, and graphic design.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • A deep understanding of the Bali cultural and digital landscape is highly desirable.
