Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from conceptualization and copywriting to high-quality visual capture and post-production.
- Oversee daily community management, responding to inquiries and fostering genuine engagement with our patrons.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns, reporting insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media calendars with seasonal promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
- Identify and execute influencer outreach and partnership programs to expand our digital footprint.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social media technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand growth and engagement metrics.
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice to fit our premium brand identity.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Creative, proactive, and trend-aware individual with a passion for the Bali culinary scene.
