Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Create engaging, scroll-stopping content including copy, graphics, and videos that resonate with our audience.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets for campaigns.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong command of the English and Indonesian languages (both written and verbal).
- In-depth knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Excellent creative writing and copywriting skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
