Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, platform-specific content (visual and copy) daily.
  • Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize future strategies.
  • Proactively engage with our community, responding to comments and inquiries to foster brand loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-impact assets for campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage paid social media advertising budgets and performance monitoring.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving meaningful engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, KPIs, and analytical tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different platforms.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) are highly preferred.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
