You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end content lifecycle, from conceptualizing viral-worthy campaigns to analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee the creative content calendar, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content strategy and increase ROI.
- Engage actively with our online community, managing comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and social media platform algorithm updates.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including current trends, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional brand voice.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
