Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end social media content calendars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for AU real estate clients.
- Coordinate property listing data from VaultRE into engaging social media posts.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual aesthetics for multiple real estate portfolios.
- Monitor engagement metrics and generate monthly performance reports to optimize campaign strategy.
- Implement structured scheduling workflows to ensure daily posting consistency.
- Collaborate with the broader team to align social media activity with ongoing lead generation goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current AU market trends and digital marketing algorithm changes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
- Familiarity with VaultRE or similar real estate CRM/Property management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content strategy and community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
- High proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH setting with a reliable home office setup.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
