In this role, you will be the backbone of our online presence, ensuring our brand shines across all social media platforms and our products are perfectly showcased on major e-commerce marketplaces.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer engagement, and content coordination, helping us reach our target audience and drive sales. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, stays up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, and possesses a keen eye for beauty and lifestyle aesthetics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain product listings across various marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Execute daily social media posting schedules to drive brand engagement and community growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly across all digital channels.
- Monitor competitor activity and price fluctuations to ensure our store stays competitive.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and order fulfillment status.
- Analyze weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement in sales and visibility.
- Create simple, engaging visual assets or captions for promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management or marketplace administration.
- Familiarity with back-end dashboard operations of platforms like Shopee Seller Centre or Tokopedia Seller.
- Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
