Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored specifically for the Home & Living brand.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including captions, graphics, and short videos that reflect current trends.
- Manage daily operations and content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a loyal community.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets that align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Analyze performance metrics and reporting to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content creation.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
- A deep understanding of the Home & Living industry and interior design trends.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
