Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage daily social media interactions, comments, and customer inquiries
- Assist customers in-store with product selection, baking advice, and transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of baking supplies
- Create promotional materials for in-store displays and digital campaigns
- Track social media analytics and report on campaign performance
- Collaborate with team on seasonal promotions and events
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of baking products and ingredients preferred
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- High school diploma or equivalent; marketing qualifications a plus
