Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging visual and written content that aligns with brand identity.
- Monitor social media KPIs and performance metrics to produce detailed monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging digital tools.
- Collaborate with the design and copy teams to ensure high production standards for all social campaigns.
- Identify and manage relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
- Execute paid social advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social).
- Solid knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva) to create short-form video content.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of creativity with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a large organization.
