- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging visual and written content (images, videos, and captions).
- Monitor social media metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and reach.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages to build positive brand sentiment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and social media platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Execute creative social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and content strategy.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a deep understanding of platform-specific tone of voice.
