Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Create high-quality, creative, and engaging multimedia content including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Manage daily content calendars to ensure brand consistency and audience growth.
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Engage actively with our online community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and platform-specific advertising.
- Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for growth.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Lombok are highly encouraged to apply.
