Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual content, including static graphics, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Manage daily community interactions, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive brand voice.
- Conduct market research to identify trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports to optimize content strategy and improve ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms and digital marketing best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for beauty trends, fashion, and digital storytelling.
