Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content (copywriting, basic video editing, and graphic design).
- Analyze performance metrics to derive insights and optimize social media strategies for maximum ROI.
- Engage with the community by responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand conversations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support product launches and corporate initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads/TikTok Ads) to increase brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful content creation and audience growth.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage projects effectively.
