Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for hospitality and nature? Botanika Estate, a premier retreat located in the heart of Ubud, Bali, is looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence. As we grow, we need someone who understands the intersection of wellness, luxury, and digital engagement to showcase our unique environment to the world.

In this role, you will be the voice of Botanika Estate. You will craft compelling narratives, manage our visual identity, and build meaningful connections with our guests and community online. The ideal candidate is trend-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of capturing the serenity and beauty of our property through innovative content strategies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality daily content, including photos, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and engaging captions.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster an active online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with seasonal promotions and events.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content strategy and increase reach and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations and coverage.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role (preferably in hospitality or travel).
  • Strong proficiency in mobile content creation, video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush), and photography.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms and audience behaviors.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Creative problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude.
